Fresh Figs LLC (“Fresh Figs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website freshfigs.co and mobile applications including Simple Gratitude (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and your choices regarding that information.

1. Age Restrictions
Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. - Payment information: When you make a purchase, payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors, including Apple for in-app purchases. We do not directly store your credit card number, bank account number, or other financial account details. We may receive transaction identifiers, purchase history, and subscription status from these providers.
- Communications: If you contact us via email or support channels, we retain the content of those messages.
